[This is a letter to a co-worker named Dan from Charlotte H]; Dan, [Jerry] is the inspector that I used to do my 1 year home inspection. ....he caught so many things that I did not even see. He is very thorough, uses a digital camera and he emails you the write up with the photos so you have a permanent record all in color - makes it so much easier to submit to the builder when requesting the repairs be made.
